Root Chakra (Muladhara)-Located near the coccyx, at the base of the spine, this chakra is responsible for our stability, safety, and support.

Sex Chakra– Located near the reproductive organs, this chakra represents vitality, health, fertility, and prosperity.

Navel Chakra (Svadhisthana)– This chakra is located behind the belly button and regulates the flow of sexual energy, joy, desire, love, and ambitions.

Heart Chakra (Anahata)– This chakra is located in the cardiac system (chest area) and controls the functioning of the heart and lungs, breathing pattern, etc.

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)– This astral chakra is responsible for energy flow through the throat, jaw, neck & ears.

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)– This chakra is situated in our head and is responsible for our consciousness, mental peace, abundance, spirituality and intuition.
